Tynisha ("Tie-Knee-Sha") is a Fashion Designer, consultant and Blogger who is just as passionate in the creative arts culture now, as she was as a teenage girl.

Tynisha was born in Maryland and raised in Northern Virginia where she lived most of her life, until her recent move to New York City where she plans to continue to live out her purpose in Fashion. Tynisha attended Marymount University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design.

 

Throughout her career, she has gained a wide array of knowledge by working in multiple fields, in the Fashion and Interior Design industries. She was also praised by Fashion Designer Tadashi Shoji on her ability to work well with color, patterns and fabric, which is something many people recognize and appreciate about her work.

Tynisha believes that all things are inspirational to us as creatives and it is truly whatever catches our eye. Inspiration and beauty may not necessarily be a thing, but can also be an emotion or characteristics that one might want to emulate in their work. The beauty of it all, is being able to put those inspirations together to create stories of our own. For Tynisha, those things help her to create, and when looking back either wearing her designs, or seeing clients in them, is the most genuine feeling and holds some of her greatest memories. All in all, Tynisha's purpose and goal is to help her clients and followers to create some stories too.
